Commercial Battery Storage Projects
C&I BESS Projects
Project Brief
This landmark project, located in the Vorarlberg region of Austria, showcases a high-performance energy storage solution designed for demanding commercial applications. By integrating the industry-leading Deye 80kW hybrid inverter with a massive 225kWh Dawnice battery bank, the facility has achieved a new level of energy independence.

Background
As energy costs for commercial and industrial (C&I) sectors continue to rise, businesses are seeking sustainable ways to “peak-shave” and increase self-consumption. The client required a scalable, high-performance solution capable of handling heavy industrial loads while fitting within a limited technical room space.
Project Highlights
-
Powerful Hybrid Integration: The Deye 80kW inverter acts as the “brain,” managing power flow between the solar array, the grid, and the battery bank with millisecond-fast switching capability.
-
High-Density Storage: The 225kWh Dawnice battery system utilizes a space-saving “Easy-Rack” design. This modular approach allowed for a custom configuration of high-voltage lithium units to meet the site’s specific energy profile.
-
Optimized Thermal Management: Each Dawnice battery module features dedicated front-facing active cooling fans, ensuring stable performance even during high-current discharge cycles.
-
Expert Installation: Executed by certified professionals, the wiring and system logic were fine-tuned to maximize the lifespan of the LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) cells.
-
Real-Time Monitoring: The centralized control screen provides the client with instant visibility into State of Charge (SOC), system health, and cost savings.
