Project Brief

As the global transition to electric mobility accelerates, the demand for stable and high-capacity power support has never been greater. Dawnice is proud to announce the successful installation of our BS07-265-ES-X (125kW/265kWh) All-in-one Energy Storage System in Vietnam. This project specifically supports a series of high-power EV charging stations, ensuring a seamless and sustainable charging experience for the growing fleet of electric vehicles in the region.

Background

Vietnam is currently witnessing an EV revolution, led by the rapid expansion of infrastructure from brands like VinFast. However, high-power DC fast chargers place significant stress on the local electrical grid, especially during peak hours.

To address this, our client integrated the Dawnice 265kWh C&I (Commercial & Industrial) energy storage system alongside VinFast DC Fast Chargers. This “Storage + Charging” model allows the site to buffer energy during off-peak times and discharge it during high-demand charging sessions, preventing grid overloads and reducing operational costs.

Project Highlights

The installation features the Dawnice 125kW/265kWh All-in-one system, designed for maximum efficiency and safety:

  • High Energy Density: Utilizing 314Ah high-capacity cells with CTP (cell-to-pack) technology, the system provides a massive 265kWh capacity within a compact footprint ($1095 \times 1520 \times 2395 \text$).

  • Ultimate Safety: Equipped with Multi-Layer Safety Protection, including cluster-level aerosol and cabin-level water mist fire suppression, ensuring 24/7 reliability for public charging areas.

  • All-Weather Performance: With an IP54 rating and an operating temperature range of -30°C to 55°C, the system is perfectly suited for Vietnam's tropical climate.

  • Smart Grid Interaction: The integrated PCS and intelligent balancing algorithm allow the system to coordinate perfectly with the VinFast chargers, optimizing power distribution and extending battery lifespan.
