Commercial Battery Storage Projects
C&I BESS Projects
Project Brief
In the expansive solar-rich landscape of Uzbekistan, Dawnice has deployed a rugged 112kWh Outdoor Energy Storage Cabinet. This DC-sided industrial solution is seamlessly integrated with a ground-mounted solar PV array, providing a reliable energy reservoir to bridge the gap between peak solar generation and localized power consumption in demanding environmental conditions.

Background
Uzbekistan is rapidly expanding its renewable energy infrastructure, yet many industrial and agricultural sites face high temperatures and dusty environments that challenge standard electronics.
-
The Challenge: High ambient temperatures and dust (typical of Central Asian steppes) require high-grade ingress protection and superior thermal management.
-
The Objective: To maximize the self-consumption of solar energy and ensure power stability for off-grid or weak-grid industrial operations.
Project Highlights
-
DC-Coupled Efficiency: By connecting the 112kWh battery system on the DC side of the solar installation, the project achieves higher round-trip efficiency by reducing unnecessary AC/DC conversion stages.
-
Robust Outdoor Design: The cabinet features an IP54/IP55 rated enclosure, specifically designed to withstand the fine dust and extreme temperature fluctuations of the Uzbekistan climate.
-
Compact All-in-One Footprint: As seen in the installation, the cabinet requires minimal site preparation, allowing for rapid deployment directly alongside the PV mounting structures.
-
Advanced LFP Safety: Equipped with high-safety LiFePO4 cells and an integrated Fire Suppression System, ensuring long-term operational security in remote locations.
-
Smart Thermal Management: Internal climate control maintains the batteries at optimal temperatures, extending service life even when the desert sun is at its peak.
