Production

Every Dawnice pack is built in six controlled steps: Grade-A cell sorting, precise stacking, copper busbars, laser welding, BMS wiring, and final inspection. Only matched cells enter the line; every pack is then aged, tested, and safety-checked before shipment.

Cell Sorting & Testing

Only 100% new Grade-A cells from top-tier suppliers like Ganfeng are used. Cells are sorted by capacity, resistance, and voltage, so only matched cells enter assembly for balance and longer life.

Cell Stacking

Matched cells are stacked into modules with precise alignment and controlled compression, forming a firm, compact structure that keeps every cell stable through years of charge and discharge.

Busbar Installation

Self-developed BMS harnesses track each cell voltage and temperature in milliseconds. As the battery brain, the BMS gives real-time protection and accurate SOC for safe, long-lasting performance.

Laser Welding

Automated precision laser welding joins busbars and cell terminals, creating stable, low-resistance connections and eliminating weak-weld risks. Each weld point is checked before the module moves on.

BMS Sampling & Wiring

Self-developed BMS harnesses track each cell voltage and temperature in milliseconds. As the battery brain, the BMS gives real-time protection and accurate SOC for safe, long-lasting performance.

Finished Pack Offline

Every completed pack rolls off the line fully assembled, then passes aging, performance, capacity, BMS, and final safety checks before export-grade packaging and delivery worldwide.

Quality Control Equipment

Every Dawnice battery passes a QC suite: needle flame testers, thermal chambers (-30°C to 55°C), aging and high-voltage (0-1500V) testers. Dawnice adds 5-meter drop, IP54 waterproof/dust, and transport vibration tests, so every pack survives shipping and harsh use.
