This commercial-grade installation in Afghanistan highlights a robust and high-capacity off-grid or hybrid energy storage system. The setup features six Dawnice HZEB-LCT-16 wall-mounted battery units connected in parallel. With each unit providing a nominal energy of 16.07kWh, the total system boasts a massive combined capacity of approximately 96.42 kWh. To manage this substantial energy reserve, the batteries are paired with a powerful three-phase configuration consisting of three Growatt inverters. This system is designed to seamlessly manage heavy loads and provide unwavering energy stability for the facility.

Background

In regions like Afghanistan, grid stability can be highly unpredictable, making independent energy generation and storage essential for businesses and large residences. The client required a heavy-duty system capable of storing massive amounts of solar energy to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.

Because the installation environment can be subjected to harsh conditions, the hardware needed to be exceptionally durable. The Dawnice HZEB-LCT series was selected not only for its scalability but specifically for its rugged environmental resilience. The batteries feature an IP54 dust and water protection rating , equipped with a desert-grade shield that makes them entirely dust-proof, perfectly aligning with the local climate requirements.

  • Rugged Environmental Protection: The IP54 rating ensures the system can resist continuous heavy rain and is protected by a desert-grade dust shield, making it incredibly safe and stable in challenging climates.

  • Smart Diagnostics and Control: Maintenance is highly streamlined thanks to advanced mobile control capabilities that allow for remote fault diagnosis, system upgrades, and maintenance. Additionally, an OCV intelligent algorithm calibration guarantees strict SOC (State of Charge) accuracy.
